Yes! There's no better place to start your wingsuit journey. Our coaches will help you build body awareness, correct muscle memory, and gain control, giving you the best preparation for wingsuiting, no matter what your goals are.

Start by choosing a First Visit Pac, and we'll contact you to help with your booking.

We'll do our best to match you with your preferred coach. Please note this can't be guaranteed due to scheduling and bookings.

First, choose one of our First Visit Pacs. You can choose multiple PACs if you want to buy more time.

We'll then get in contact with you to handle your bookings and set up a Proflyer account for you. There you'll be able to view your bookings and availability. Once you've been certified by our instructors to fly solo, you'll also be able to book your own time there. Until then, we'll handle the bookings for you.

Popular slots fill up fast, so the sooner you book your preferred time, the better!

Check in at reception one hour before your first flight.

You will sign a waiver, get a briefing, and be fitted into a wingsuit (Phoenix-Fly Havoc), helmet (Tonfly TFX), back protector and harness.

If you want to use your own helmet, it has to be AFNOR XP S 72-600 rated, like Tonfly TFX or Cookie G4.

We recommend comfortable workout clothes and sneakers. Gloves and buffs are available for purchase.

Get in contact with us at support@indoorwingsuit.com, and we'll send you a link so you can set one up.

Once you're logged in, you'll be able to view your upcoming bookings and purchase flight time and coaching. When you've become a Certified Indoor Wingsuit Pilot, you'll also be able to make bookings on your own.

We recommend a maximum of 40 minutes of flying per day, with at least 30 minutes of rest between sessions. More flight time is doable, especially if you're fit and ready to push yourself, but this range tends to be optimal for progress without overload.

If you're staying for a longer period, we suggest taking a full rest day now and then. Day 3 is often when fatigue kicks in for many guests, so using that as a recovery day can really boost your overall progression.

We provide all necessary equipment for your training – free of charge. Safety is our top priority, and we have specific requirements for Proflyer training regarding the use of gear:

Wingsuit

  • Phoenix Fly Havoc
  • You can use your own intermediate and big suit once you and the suit are approved by our instructors.

Helmet

  • Tonfly TFX.
  • If you bring your own, it must be a full-face helmet and meet the AFNOR XP S 72-600 standard for skydiving and wind tunnel helmets. For example, Cookie G4.

Back protector

  • Mandatory for Proflyer training.
  • If you bring your own, it must be rated according to the European Standard EN 1621-2:2003, Level 1 or 2.
