For flyers who live for precision, control, and flow, this is your arena. At Indoor Wingsuit Stockholm, every flight is built around progress. You'll refine technique, boost endurance, and master the small details that separate a good flyer from a great one.
We'll walk you through the essentials, safety briefing, flight techniques, and in-tunnel training. You'll start in our assist system ("the ropes") and then move to "the leash." Once you can maintain a stable belly flight, you'll be signed off as a certified Proflyer, ready to book your own time through your Proflyer account.
Belly flying teaches control, balance, and movement fundamentals, whether you're flying alone or in two-way sessions. Typical flight time: 60–180 minutes
Master flying on your back with stability and precision. You'll practice both solo and two-way back flying to develop control and confidence in every orientation. Typical flight time: 60–180 minutes
This is where your body awareness really takes off. Learn to transition smoothly between belly and back, and back again while maintaining flow and stability. Typical flight time: 120–240 minutes
Once you've nailed the basics, the sky is the limit. Explore big suit flying, two-way big suit flights, big suit transitions, and tracking suit training. Continue sharpening your skills for acrobatics, performance flying, or even competition-level precision.
Get your wings on and start building the foundation for real flight control. With up to 60 minutes of coached airtime, you'll learn everything from hand signals and safety to body position and flight flow.

We recommend a maximum of 40 minutes of flying per day, with at least 30 minutes of rest between sessions. More flight time is doable, especially if you're fit and ready to push yourself, but this range tends to be optimal for progress without overload.
If you're staying for a longer period, we suggest taking a full rest day now and then. Day 3 is often when fatigue kicks in for many guests, so using that as a recovery day can really boost your overall progression.
We provide all necessary equipment for your training – free of charge. Safety is our top priority, and we have specific requirements for Proflyer training regarding the use of gear:
